Add all the necessary data like classifications, if the incident is recordable per OSHA standards, and more
Attach supporting documentation like photos or witness statements
Notify stakeholders automatically via text or email
To get started, access a project and select Safety & QC from the menu on the left side of the page. Then, select Incidents from the drop-down options.
