1. Integrating with Sage 100
Raken’s integration with Sage 100 Contractor reduces manual data entry and helps your accounting team save time processing payroll each week. We launched our partnership this year to better serve our customers who use this industry-leading accounting software.
2. Introducing custom pay types and time tracking enhancements
We enhanced our time tracking features to allow for more granular reporting than ever before. Add unlimited custom pay types, track multiple breaks, track time by shifts, and automatically allocate overtime hours.
3. Winning a 2022 Stevie Award
For the second year in a row, we won a Stevie Award for best customer service. Our support team works hard to help our customers get the most value out of our products, so we’re especially proud of this honor.
4. Improving jobsite visibility with Holobuilder 360° and EarthCam
Our new integrations with Holobuilder 360° and EarthCam improve visibility for anyone working offsite. Access these powerful tools right from your Raken Dashboard.
5. Integrating with QuickBooks Online
QuickBooks customers can now streamline their payroll process by integrating their accounting system with Raken. Process payroll faster and reduce errors to make sure your team gets paid on time.
6. Introducing Raken Messaging
Raken’s new messaging feature helps your team collaborate seamlessly. Get real-time messaging in-app, organize communication channels by project, and attach photos and videos.
7. Winning a 2022 San Diego Top Workplace Award
Based solely on employee feedback, Raken scored top honors as a great place to work in San Diego. We’ve also added 56 new faces to the team and can’t wait to keep growing our talent pool.
8. Connecting with our customers
As trade shows returned mostly to normal this year, we’ve loved meeting more of you in person. Conventions and trade shows are an amazing opportunity to share ideas with other professionals in the industry.
What we’re looking forward to in 2023
We’ve got big plans for the new year.
We’ll also be launching Raken Kiosk, a streamlined way to track time in the field, and we’re designing a fresh new look for our web project interface.
